Processing Time & Pre-Orders
All standard orders are carefully prepped and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed up, it’s out the door and on its way to you. Please note: Pre-order items will have longer processing times, which will always be clearly stated on the specific product's page.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we work quickly to get your order processed and shipped, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have been placed. Please double-check your items, sizes, and shipping address before checking out!
Shipping Time
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Local Delivery (Hartford, CT Area)
Need your look even faster? We are thrilled to offer local delivery for our customers in the Hartford, CT area! Simply select the local delivery option at checkout, and we’ll bring your order directly to you. Deliver fees vary by location. You will receive order within 24 hours.
Tracking Your Order
Keep an eye on your inbox! As soon as your order ships (or goes out for local delivery), we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your new look all the way to your doorstep.
Unexpected Delays
While we pride ourselves on speed, please note that shipping times can occasionally be affected by high order volumes, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays. Once the package leaves our hands, these delays are out of our control, but we greatly appreciate your patience!
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your details before hitting purchase! Ensure your shipping information is 100% correct at checkout. Cop & Go Boutique is not responsible for packages delayed or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Cop & Go Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
